Role

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and business growth across all company activities. This role will focus on both corporate marketing efforts to strengthen Mantis BI’s brand and open innovation programs, including hackathons, challenges, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will be an innovative thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing, brand positioning, and audience engagement in both corporate and innovation-driven ecosystems.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Marketing & Brand Growth
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market positioning for Mantis BI.
    • Design marketing funnels that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention of customers and innovation program participants.
    • Define, monitor, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business goals.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication plans for Mantis BI’s corporate initiatives and open innovation programs.
  2. Digital Campaign Management
    • Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook), SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
    • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum return on investment (ROI).
    • Lead the team in managing PPC, SEO, and social media strategies to drive lead generation and brand awareness for both corporate initiatives and innovation programs.
  3. Community Engagement & Event Marketing
    • Build and nurture a strong community of clients, partners, startups, researchers, and corporate stakeholders.
    • Lead the organization and promotion of high-impact events (conferences, summits, hackathons, webinars) to foster collaboration and business growth.
    • Develop engagement strategies and loyalty initiatives to encourage long-term involvement with Mantis BI.
    • Design and execute event marketing strategies to maximize participation and exposure for both corporate and innovation-focused initiatives.
  4. Content & Branding Strategy
    • Oversee the development of compelling content, including blogs, case studies, and thought leadership pieces, that position Mantis BI as an industry leader.
    • Create marketing materials specific to corporate branding, services, and open innovation programs (emails, taglines, handbooks, social media content, event branding).
    • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals across all marketing channels.
    • Optimize corporate and program-specific landing pages and microsites to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  5. Data-Driven Marketing & Performance Optimization
    • Implement a data-driven approach to measure the success of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
    • Lead A/B testing and optimization initiatives to enhance campaign performance.
    • Present key insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making regarding corporate and innovation marketing strategies.
  6. Partnership & Collaboration
    • Identify and build strategic partnerships with accelerators, incubators, universities, corporate partners, and industry stakeholders to expand Mantis BI’s reach.
    • Work closely with internal teams to promote key initiatives, including innovation challenges, workshops, and solution design sessions.
  7. CRM & Email Marketing
    • Manage and optimize the company’s CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce) to streamline marketing efforts for corporate clients and open innovation participants.
    • Develop targeted email marketing strategies to enhance customer and participant engagement and retention.
    • Implement segmentation and personalization tactics to improve email performance metrics.
    • Leverage CRM analytics to track behavior and identify growth opportunities for both corporate and innovation programs.

 

Required Qualifications

A) Technical & Leadership Skills

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including campaign development and execution, across both corporate branding and innovation-driven initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Data Studio) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Expertise in SEO, PPC, and CRM management, particularly for business development and open innovation engagement.


B) Industry Knowledge

  • Understanding of corporate marketing strategies, open innovation ecosystems, startup dynamics, and digital transformation trends.
  • Experience in marketing technology-driven programs or partnerships with research institutions, corporations, and innovation hubs.

C) Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Strong analytical thinking with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.


D) Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership or account management role.
  • Certifications in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.
